This is a beautiful collection of photography covering a wide range of bovine breeds, alongside each of the beautiful photos is information pertaining to the breed including where they are most commonly found and their traits and behavioural patterns as well as what area of agriculture each breed is used for, e.g: dairy production, meat etc.
Part of a series of beautiufl animal books, this one is an unusual addition to any library but a welocme addition to mine!

I actually bought this for my mum cause she's a cow lover but it was a quick and delightful read for an evening. The photographs are gorgeous and with each breed there is a brief description of origin, appearance and history. It's a great read if you love the bovines.
