This was recommended by a friend and such a great read. Allowed me to forget finding a partner and just focus on filling my life and releasing the rest to God.

I thought about this book when the main character of "The Orphan Train" shared her view on the role of fate in her life. I remember enjoying this book because it made such a case for there being no such thing as coincidence. Now I see Rushnell has a whole series of the Godwinks books. It's the kind of book that makes you pay attention to the "random coincidences" in your life.

This was one of my favorite books this year and gave me great insight into what we all deserve in the area of love and relationships – not just with a romantic partner.

When it was suggested I check this one out after going through some difficult scenarios and trying to figure out my feelings, it was a like a “God wink” when the book just happened to jump out at me at a used book store.

I’m looking forward to picking up the original book “When God Winks” soon.

This was a super sweet book. It's full of stories of couples that were led together with unique circumstances and timing---sometimes multiple times over many years. You can see through every story that although they were led together, the couples also made the choice to be together. It's heartwarming and romantic, and causes one to be introspective.

I liked his first book, God Winks better. These stories got really repetitive and old fast.

This was a sweet book with lots of amazingly cute stories of Godwinks. Now when I hear people’s stories I see how God is winking at them.

I didn’t know that the whole book was going to be only stories. I thought there would be more advice of how to identify Godwinks. This is the only reason I gave it a 4

This book captured my mind first with his analogy of a puzzle. When you first open a box and work you inevitably put two pieces together because you think they fit, then you force them together and yes!!! Not till closer to the end when you are short pieces do you go back to the two that you forced and .....they actually do not belong together. I find myself in that exact spot wondering am I forcing two pieces that seem too seemingly go together, but nooo he's into someone else and their high life, high paste world.
The running theme is Godwinks, that are sign post throughout the road of your life. They can guide you, but you are the one that decides to listen to them or not. Sometimes it is people godlinks they direct you back to God, or sometimes funny coincidence aka Godwinks signs that encourage you that yes you are on the right road and no you are not crazy and definitely not alone in the ant-like world.
The tear jerker for me was closer to end in chapter 4 which is letting go....and yes almost giving up on self directed forcing the pieces together and then relying on the man who created the blue print to bring things together. Then again on chapter 6 when he talks about having a positive expectation of good instead of just hoping. Hope can be hidden, but expecting means you activate that hope towards waiting on God to move and bless you. It puts the action on God not you. Squire goes further to say that when you put your focus back on God and not self then God gives you your hidden hopes in your heart. ....that sounded oddly familiar to me. Too much like a scripture I know. So I looked it up. Psalms 37:4 delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. Which I then was brought to years, because it is my Facebook icon for years now. I picked it 15 years ago when I was let go from a job. I thought it was the end of hope for me. It was a job, money, but also a family to me and I was just let go and no one batted an eye. So that verse gave me hidden hope to focus again on God and serving Him and waiting on Him to give me my hidden desires that I, or perhaps He, put in my heart.

I think every woman deserves to meet a Gary Conover, including me. He is the epitome of a modern Prince Charming. He justified what I believe is that: if a man truly love and care for a woman, then he will go out of his way to make her feel special and wanted. All along I thought someone like him could only exist in one's head because he really is too good to be true. Of course the author substantiated his belief with other real-life characters, but Gary Conover stood out the most for me. That's what I got out of the book. But the book is really about the coincidences that happen in our lives; Perhaps there's more to it than meets the eye. Random events that serve as signposts to guide and support whatever choices we made. It's an easy, refreshing book to read.

This is a very positive book, and there were stories in it that gave me chills and Randy even read one and got chills. Terri, Courtney and Jamie's stories could BOTH be in this book.......

There is one story that has since been identified as a hoax, but not before it got national attention and Oprah interviewed them. The author personally knows many of the people who's stories he told, so I didn't let that diminish the book. The story that is a hoax is The Apple Girl....

Good, quick read.

I am absolutely in love with this book. A friend of mine gave it to me as a gift and I'm very thankful to have the opportunity to read it. The stories in here are all lovely. I am a sappy romantic so it was definitely right up my alley. This was one of those books that gives you hope, that somewhere out there is the perfect person for you. You just have to wait and watch out for those godwinks. I highly recommend this one!

Loved this book. Talks about "god wink(s)~ A personal signal or message directly from a higher power, usually, but not always, in the form of a coincidence" Wonderful stories of people meeting, NOTICING and following signs around them, and either meeting again, or if they are together the "god winks" gives signals that this is your "beshert" (your perfect match). Enjoyable book!

I love this book because it has so many stories on how God placed the person chosen for them in their life. It was through the signs and affirmations from God which opened their eyes to love in front of them. I can honestly say that I recieved my Godwink and he is a miracle in my life.

Again, a bit too religious for my tastes, like the original "God Winks" book. I did enjoy reading about the serendipitous relationships. It was very uplifting.
