Creating Good Karma: Release your karmic burdens and change your life

Rate this book
We have all heard the expression "good karma," but what does it really mean? Expressed very simply, the Eastern concept of karma is based on the principle that our own personal actions and decisions will have specific consequences- that what we do now will have a spin-off effect further down the line. According to the karmic philosophy of life, positive thoughts and actions produce a positive outcome and create good karma. Negative thoughts and actions result in negative outcomes and create bad karma.

Creating Good Karma provides a guide to creating good karma and shows how we can apply the universal principles of karma to our modern Western lifestyle. Some of the fascinating themes explored here include:

Bringing karma into everyday living
Watching our actions, thoughts and emotions
Releasing ourselves from negativity
Karma and personal development
How to develop good karma
