After an overview o breadmaking history, this book features recipes for brads and other dough-based goodies from around the world. Geared for kids, the book also includes fun activities including allowing the gases in yeast to blow up a balloon; or growing bread mold.

A fun cookbook about bread for kids. Children will learn the history of bread and with adult supervision can bake some breads and try some experiments. If you have young kids or grandchildren, you might want to have this around for those rainy day activities.
