What can I say? It's a textbook and it reads like one. Very dry in places -- but you know, you just KNOW, that each and every little sentence is going to be desperately important at some future date. So you read it -- cover to cover. Even knowing that, like most manuals, every minute you spend reading it is another minute the text has gone out of date! I'd still recommend it for anyone trying to get started with Cubase -- given that versions of Cubase come free with a lot of equipment out there.
