An awesome read!!

This is a wonderful guide to, what could easily be, a priceless life skill. Some aspect of negotiation should be taught to High schoolers everywhere! Just think of where people would be, in their professional lives, if they had this nifty skill of smart and tactful negotiating. The advice in this book will definitely teach you how to take control of the discussions that affect work and life. I sure wish I was privy to this guidance as I moved out into adulthood! Totally recommend this book.

Excellent summary information!

There’s a lot of great information in this book about how the FBI negotiates and how we can utilize a deep grasp of human behavior to bargain. Negotiating is a part of our daily lives so it’s important to learn this skill. We all have to take the best actions possible and ask for what we want. This book covers things like being a mirror, labeling pain, how to trigger important words, and creating the illusion of control, among many other ideas. If you want a great quick synopsis of “Never Split The Difference,” definitely check this book out.
