Komives, professor of college student personnel, University of Maryland and president, Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education
Sometimes I'm not sure if this book fully understands their audience, but overall it's very helpful for developing peer to peer education programs. It also needs an update to 2022.
It's an easy read, I can breeze through the chapters with very little difficulty. Concepts are clear, but some of the ideas are pretty much intuitive. There are some helpful diagrams and things if you run into difficulties while communicating, which was interesting.
A good introductory read for incoming student leaders. Provides an overarching display of being a student leader through different lenses of consideration.
