I think it is a good book because it show us how the snake lives, how the snake kills other animals and how the snake have baby's , I learned to much with this book because I like animals and now I know some things that I never knew about snakes before, this book can help other people to look for some information that they need, like if they like animals or if they are looking for some information about snakes or natural life. In this book also we can find how an old man work with a King Cobra dancing on a basket, when he play the flute, slowly a big Cobra rises from the basket and starts to move but the Cobra always is looking at the flute because they don't have outer ears so they just follow the movement of the flute when the old man plays it. For me that I like snakes and all about animals it was interesting to learn that , it was also a good book because I learned how a snake can spit out poison and not only bite to cause harm when it feels threatened or when its trying to catch its prey or attack its predator. although snakes cant hear they can detect motions and temperature the prefer to hunt animals with warm blood for example a mouse. they scent this by flicking their tongues. the Australian snake is the most poisonous snake in the world we live in now. i found that extremely helpful because when i see a snake i normally find them fascinating so i try to get a closer and better look.

Accelerated Reading Level 3.0 This book is very interesting, I do not mind the harmless snakes but I think we could do without the others. My 3 and 4 year old Grandsons loved this book.
