The story has a great hook and a flowing narrative. Each chapter brings a different emotional experience, I giggled in places and got weepy too. Would recommend to anyone interested in new to the scene stories.

If you want a short book that dwells in a world with magic with an unusual protagonist and his dealings through “monstrous” situations, I recommend this book. I enjoyed this quick escape to another world and loved the main character
