It’s a snapshot of 中国过去几十年的人情社会 and the kinds of characters shaped under the backdrop of miraculous economic growth. 这个书让我进一步认识到国内真的太难混了😅
对我来说，主人公一开始对孔子/清高的执着不太能共情，但是我也有我自己不一样的ideals。从第三视角来看，主人公一开始的执着很可笑，但我也是有自己的理想，却也没有能抛下一切去追求它的觉悟。是不是需要pick a lane? 还是中庸之道？

从父亲开始，以父亲结束。
阎真在书中设置了大量镜像的人、话、事，给这所谓的官场涂上了抹不去的宿命论。总有新的马厅长，也总会有新的池大为，这台权力的机器将如常运作下去。
书里与书外的故事交织在一起，学习到了很多，成长了一点。多年以后回看，这会是段很好的经历。
