I met Julia Rogers Hamrick in a class and read her book Recreating Eden shortly after that. The book was good, although my favorite part was a meditation at the end of the book. When she came out with "Easy World" I thought it was too good to be true and I didn't line up with reading the book until now. But it's interesting: A few weeks before Julia reminded me to read the book, I actually had a completely Easy World-inspired encounter with my favorite author. It could not have gone better.

There are a lot of books which discuss how raising your vibrational frequency and allowing the flow of goodness into your life can help you. Julia's book teaches you how to do this, very directly.

The book revolves around very simple concepts. Their efficacy is demonstrated to you as you're reading the book. At the end of each chapter it simply says, "I choose to live in easy world, where everything is easy." Go ahead. Try this mantra and see how it feels. While reading the book, I loved having the mantra reinforced as I went. I felt my vibration rise, my chakras open, and an outpouring of love come to me through the first chapter. I said the mantra, and I felt as if the universe was giving me a standing ovation. Seriously. It was very intense, and very peaceful at the same time.

Later I started to dismiss my experience. I started to freak out at what it might mean and was catapulted right out of Easy World. But that's okay. I got myself back there. I suddenly realized that my perceived problems are not really problems. I took a day off for the first time in so long I'm not sure when my last one was. I rested and recharged. It's been a good few days.

This is not New Age bull. I know that stuff very well. This is all very practical advice that will help you. I resisted it for many years, so I know of what I speak. It works.

I don't disagree with any concepts described in this book, as it's just another description of the Law of Attraction. But it absolutely did not resonate with me.

I wish I had a quarter for every time she used the words "Easy World," and the book could easily be half as long.

All that being said, we do control the quality of our lives with our outlook and mindset. It's not what you do, but how you do it.

Real practical advice on living the life of your dreams can be found elsewhere.

Whoa, Julia gets it right in this book. I am so thankful that I took her and this great book on. I read her proposal as soon as I received it, signed her up the next day, sold it in a few hours to Jennifer Enderlin at St. Martin's. It was a win-win all the way around. This book changed my life and it could change yours if you let it. It is your choice every day, every minute, what do you choose?

Totally loved this gem of a book. Basically we have a choice in life. We choose whether we want to live in "easy world" or "difficult world".
It's basically living in a world of ease, where we are divinely guided! A world of joy, peace, and love. Where life is easy, the way it was meant to be.

I choose to live in east world, where everything is easy.
Breathe, relax, allow (break the resistance), enjoy.

Strange how this mystical book, absolutely not based on any scientific proof but only based on the author’s beliefs, is actually resonating, once you accept it for what it is. Easy world is actually very tempting!

A good reminder right now that life should actually be easy, and sometimes we just make it complicated because we can’t let go and we keep resisting.

Key takeaways:
- purpose of life is to experience joy. Let’s not forget! So let’s maximise it in easy world.
- whenever we feel resistance, we are in difficult world. We need to let go.
- whenever we are in easy world, our Spirit is guiding us and we are align with the Design for Harmony.

Life changing! Thank you Easy World!

I was guided to receive this book at a time in my life when I needed it for many reasons—and practicing being in Easy World began transforming me in magical ways from the first page. When I began reading, I was so frozen in fear that I could not summon the energy to move from the chair I was sitting in. Catapulting myself out of Difficult World and into Easy World, I immediately experienced a flow of energy and calm and was able to get up and get going and life has been a fun adventure since. I love being a citizen of Easy World! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I really liked the idea of Easy World. Though the writing itself was clunky and hard to get through at moments. All in all I’d recommend, as someone who is addicting to doing like the hardest way possible.

An easy, easy read -- appropriate given its subject -- on the power of our thoughts and the choices we make in creating experiences for ourselves that are either hellish or heaven on earth. Despite occasional lapses into overly cutesy-poo language, the peppy, positive tone, and -- yes -- easy, strategies for resetting mind and mood as needed make the book a good quick-hit reminder for positive living.

I did not feel the need to read this book in its entirety, however, the Easy World affirmation is power and I plan to use it often.
