Helping me to remember things I've already learned but sometimes get pushed to the back of my brain. Read it slowly - still digesting it....lots of wisdom in it.
I started reading this book because I needed something to keep myself optimistic about my life -specifically work. Every page covered simple life obstacles common people face that needs to be acknowledged and overcome. From my point of view this book makes me realize to not sweat the small stuff -that there will be people who will criticize you of what you do, but who are they to allow their opinions affect you? Whatever decisions you decide to choose, make sure you are 100% about it because you are who that made you where you at now. If you decided to blame other people from your own mistakes, you will create resentment and baggage that you will forever regret. Try to focus in crediting others for your success when due and try to focus on the prize. Love this book! I picked this book off the shelf because it is small and pocket-sized where I can just grab and carry it around my little purse for in times (like today) to just read for a quick self-reflection.

I read this book years ago and I can still remember how happy I was while reading the contents. It is a book filled with positivity and some answers to your whys. It is a “feel good” book. The price wasn’t that expensive as well. You can read and finish it in a few hours since the book isn’t that thick. This was a good buy. A book that you can get from your bookshelf to reread again when you want positivity to fill your mind.
Always more wisdom in this book than you will ever fully comprehend in one read. It will be one of those books you return to again and again and recommend over and over again to family and friends!

Interesting and lucidly scripted book by the author explaining the power of attitude and clearly bringing out the keys to success. The book helps us realise that an affirmative attitude influences our success, helps avoid burnouts, keeps our skills refreshed. Positive attitude engenders the climate for success, sets the stage for potential winners to win. We need to be grateful for what we have without feeling depressed for what we don’t have. It kindles the drive to achieve success and give back to humankind. Our own resolution to succeed is more important than anything else. We need to elevate our attitude towards other people. While talent and knowledge are important, the key which unlocks both is our state of mind. The book beautifully reinforces that all human beings can transform lives by altering their attitudes
Everyone has been destined for a greatness by God. And you may not know if you don’t have good relationship with God. But your enemies knew the plan of God for your life. That’s why wicked always looking for different way to bring you down. By saying; you can’t do it. When your enemy said; you can’t do it. That’s what you need to focus in your life and get it done. Because their decision was to stop you. No one can stop you unless you stop yourself. This is a good book for everyone to read.
I didn’t like the way the book was organized. A lot of information and none of it was organized in a sense that flowed from one topic to another. Some of the chapters repeated themselves and the information was forgettable.
The book is a good reminder to try and stay positive and live a good life. Many of the anecdotes in the book I have read before so I don't know if people have taken them from John Mason or if he as compiled them into one book.
