This is a great book for exploring your feelings and how to deal with them.
It also gives easy to follow follow up questions as well as a guide to do a emotional inventory so you can dig deeper and delve into lingering emotions from your past.
This book has helped guide me to feel, name and express my emotions

كتاب رائـع.. يعلمكـ انه اصغر الاحاسيـس
والمشـاعر اللى ممكن نحسها غير مهمـه .. وماننتبه لهـا
ونراكمها دون ان نعبر عنها.. ممكن تغير شخصيـة
وسـلوك شخص 180 درجة للابـد ..
بجـد علمنى كيف اتعامل مع مشاعرى بطريقه اوسع واحسن :)
