Some things to think about. I liked the stuff about physical exercises you can do to stimulate and balance the chakras, and a few other things like that. But overall, it felt quite shallow, unfocused, and full of a lot of stuff you just have to take on faith. If you (like me) don't believe in some of it, it does nothing to convince you.
