-the first 30 pages of the book has excellent diagrams on all the various measurements to take. and after those diagrams came diagrams that showed how and where to use those measurements when making patterns for shirts and pants and sleeves etc. with detailed explanations to go with the diagrams. i appreciated the detail.
-the book refers to the crotch of pants and underwear as the crutch.
