Required reading for a graduate class. Difficult to get through at times as a first year but offered many examples and tangents for deeper thinking.

A good basic book, but it was very dry and repetitive. The chapters I read were unhelpful so I never pulled it out when I was doing my actual research besides for a graphic that my professor refereed to. I tried to go off of it but ended up just doing it my own way.

Although it's a good resource for those who want to understand the basics of public relations research, it's a bit repetitive at times.
