About the author

Rick Joyner is the founder and executive director of MorningStar Ministries and Heritage International Ministries and is the Senior Pastor of MorningStar Fellowship Church. He is the author of more than forty books, including The Final Quest, A Prophetic History, and Church History. He is also the president of The Oak Initiative, an interdenominational movement that is mobilizing thousands of Christians to be engaged in the great issues of our times, being the salt and light that they are called to be. Rick and his wife, Julie, have five children: Anna, Aaryn, Amber, Ben, and Sam.

Rick does a good job of giving people an opportunity to see into the future. He is seriously concerned about the future of the world and this book does fuel the fire of concern for readers. However, I think everyone should read the Bible for themselves so that they can make a personal judication of this book and any others concerned with the future. Personally I know the Lord of Heaven and Earth through the Holy Spirit and my knowledge of Jesus Christ and my Heavenly Father and I have peace within my heart about these sorts of things; I also have varying opinions on the topics he considers: Judgement, persecution, martyrs etc. Read it and see for yourself, that's the best way to go.

This was a great book ... very inspiring to get ourselves spiritually ready for the harvest of souls in the last days. This is an easy read, and he mixes in solid teaching into a book that is primarily prophecies/dreams/visions about how God will draw many people to Himself in the end times.

Great insight to prophetic vision given to Rick Joyner from God about what is to come to pass. Some of the things revealed to Rick Joyner have already come to pass as the vision was given over 20 years ago. A lot of good solid wisdom and understanding found in this book.
