While the story was more reminiscent of the earlier volumes it felt out of place after reading the previous ridiculous volumes.
As for my thoughts on the series as a whole... meh? It was quite disappointing. I was really into it at the beginning, I liked the characters and I thought the goofiness was fun. But the silliness turned to absurdity and many characters and plot points were just kind of dropped. Kinda felt like a waste of time.

Last volume made up a little bit for the tragic previous one, but damn… I enjoyed some parts, but would not recommend reading this manga. It was hard to go through the last three volumes… 😪
