Author stresses that if you can't run 100m in under 25s then you cannot run a 3h marathon no matter how many miles you run a week. It is a good reminder!
Now to put it into practice. A good read and a compelling plan. Overall it was a bit too brief and there were many times when I would have liked a bit more explanation
I have now learnt a new way of training for marathons. I believe in what the author writes. It is a very interesting read if you want to complete a marathon.
