There are some really great recipes in here, a beautiful union of Spanish and New Mexican influence. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you're ever in Santa Fe.

Great source of simple tapas and doing oils. I made a variation of the chocolate tart and it was a huge hit. No eggs and it was decadent but so light!
