This was another book from the same charity shop as the Great British Menu Cookbook I've just reviewed which was also bought at the beginning of this year. There are a lot of nice looking recipes from this book, all low in fat and calories for people wanting to watch their weight. The only thing was the portions looked so small on the plates that I had to go out the next day to buy smaller plates! Otherwise the family thought I had put all of the skinny others who live in my house on rations, which wasn't going down well!! The next set I cooked I had to up the portions for my skinny family and eat my titchy portion. Which didn't go down well with me and which had me raiding the fruit bowl later for 2 bananas, 1 small apple and tons of black grapes!!! Am not sure I will cook many meals from this book.

This is a Great book full of tasty meal ideas I think slimming world is one of the easiest ways to lose weight without feeling you are on a diet,follow the easy to understand eating plans with these great food choices and its easy, never found a bad recipe everything I have made comes out well.
