Eat with no worries

Book gives an overview of typical air fryer. Includes tips for purchasing and things to look for when shopping for air fryers.
And the 1900 recipes are a great way to ease into diabetic diet or to add to current diabetic log of recipes.
All with a conversion chart and a shopping list. As well as a chart with fruits and vegetables that are good and not so good for you
