Chiar daca dupa titlu nu pare mai mult decat o colectie de teste de personalitate pe care ai crede ca e aleatorie, aceasta atinge absolut orice punct psihologic de interes si nu numai. Cred ca a fost cartea ce am citit-o cel mai incet vreodata, chiar daca are cam 220 de pagini, parcursa de chiar 2-3 ori din motive pe care le explic mai jos.
Cartea asta m-a facut sa realizez multe lucruri despre mine si m-a ajutat sa gasesc posibile solutii la orice bariera sau problema ce intampin. Testele sunt pe diferite subiecte si la fiecare ai niste posibile concluzii si idei adaugate de autor sau mai multi experti terapeuti sau psihologi cu renume in legatura cu continutul si scopul fiecaruia. Nu este capat de lume daca te incadrezi negativ la unele teste, ca iti sunt oferite solutii imediat. Am luat in considerare fiecare sfat si solutie la testele la care nu am avut rezultat de care sa fiu mandru si am inceput sa aplic primii pasi. Testele la care am excelat sau am avut rezultate prin care reies ca am anumite atuu-uri sau calitati, le-am notat si pinned si vreau ca in timp sa am cat mai multe calitati pozitive sa adaug acolo. A fost o carte de descoperire de sine mai mult...explicata frumos prin solutiile psihologice sau sfaturile prin diversele metode de terapie cognitive dar si altele. Primeste 4 stele din partea mea ca as fi vrut mai multe detalii cu exemple din viata de zi cu zi, cu felul cum s-au schimbat persoane ce au trecut prin diverse procese de terapie, pentru ca subiectul "creierului uman si cum functioneaza" imi pare mereu fascinant. Daca ai citit pana aici, ma bucur, chiar recomand aceasta carte, pe care sper sa ajute lumea, pana si cu un 1%. La mine cel putin mi-a schimbat mult perspectiva despre mine insumi, si in viitor se pare ca ma va schimba si mai mult inspre bine!
I thought this would be fun tests. They are actual tests created by a wide assortment of psychologists to test for various traits: neuroses, worry, self-image. Before I stopped, I discovered that, according to most of these questionnaires, I am a psychological nightmare.
The good side of the book is that each test is pretty thoroughly explained and suggestions for assistance are included. There are case histories and commentary as well. If one were actually doing these tests to search for deep personal issues, it would be a really useful book.
