Loving a gypsy was forbidden, even though gypsies were vital to Patarran's destiny. Like her ancestor, Julia was to enraptured to care...

In the late 16th century, the Lord of Patarran had defied tradition and fallen in love with Magdalena, a wild and beautiful gypsy. Now, two hundred years later, Julia has fallen in love with Sean, a gypsy who adores her, too. It is a love that will bring them both ecstasy and pain... a love that will take them to the ends of the earth, far from the prejudices of Patarran... a love that will test the courage and devotion of two proud peoples whose fortunes are inescapably liked on the great estate of Patarran...

Remember what they used to say about "Seinfeld"? What's the show about? Well, it's about....nothing!

The same goes for this book, so don't waste your time. Wish I hadn't!
