Very direct and straight to the point. It's the B.L.E.S.S. principle from Dave and Jon Ferguson but adapted for online. The best parts are the data and stories of ministry happening in the online space.

Great ideas and ways to thing about connecting with people and getting online communities. Loved how they are talking about not going after billions just the one.
