Very informational and essential in teaching Assessment and Planning for MPH students!

A solid book that investigates health promotion in the United States. There is attention to challenging social groups, while also showing the reason and rationale for resistance to public health initiatives.

It is a textbook, but it is well rounded and even in its quality.
