We live in Sacramento, California, where we remodeled a 1940's house for which I was the on-site project manager. Fortunately, multi-tasking is my superpower, so I was able to write a book and supervise a home remodel at the same time. The latter is sure to find its way into a future book. This is from 1984....
It is the senior year for 4 young ladies....
You have Kit who is sexy and a dancer.
Elaine who is smart and Most Likely to Suceed.
Alex who is athletic.
Lori who is beautiful but shy and unable to say no.
This thus starts the teenager series known as Seniors.
This book revolves around Kit and her need for attention.
She dresses sexy and flamboyant but gets frustrated when men push her too hard too fast.
She falls for Justin but is scared because even though she acts experienced she isn't. Will Justin push her like the others or will he understand it if she says no.
What does a girl do?
This book might seem a bit cheesy in some parts but it is well written and does not seem dated as some of 80s books do.
The author deals with issues that young women and men face daily while growing up. She keeps this up with her other books in the same series.

A paperback from my teen years, and I think I bought it at Hills! Sadly, I have lost it since then. But this was a fun read.

Features a group of four friends who would not pass the Bechdel test. Kit is in the spotlight this time and we spend eleventy billion pages in her head as she obsesses about sex (which she calls It). Hon, here’s a pro tip for you: if you can’t even say the word you are nowhere near ready for the activity.

3.75 ⭐️. Easy little romcom to break up my fantasy binge. Easy to read, fast paced and relatable. Will definitely be reading the next couple I have.
