A wonderful book amplifying the role of emotions in organizational change processes. It´s a book that empowers people out of the control my surrounding zone into a live freely zone where people can manage anything that comes to their life. The book has key concepts about change resistance from the emotional perspective (what other perspective is there right?) and shares steps to help organizations get through the fear of change. Great book for leaders and for anyone who wishes to amply their knowledge on this topic.
