Hostile Takeover
When young Fiona Sheridan decides to test her feminine wiles on Rockwell, her stepfather's business associate, she unwittingly sets off a hostile takeover--of herself. Her stepfather is desperate to sell the failing family business and will give Rockwell anything to the seal the deal ... including Fiona. Under normal circumstances, Rockwell would have walked away from Sheridan Textiles, but the idea of Fiona naked and subject to his every whim is much too tempting, and when he offers her a deal only the devil could conceive, Fiona is left with no choice but to submit.

I didn't like how the hero shared her. It was mean.
And the stepfather was so creepy and disgusting that it ruined my enjoyment of the book. I don't know why any author would write a scene like that.

Parts of this one seem to edge more towards erotic than romantic, but it has a wonderful HEA. A fast steamy read.
