Achieving ethical outcomes and finding practical solutions to workplace problems...

Of course, we meet issues on a daily basis. Some issues hardly ruffle our emotional feathers, while others cause significant distress. However, we tend to see all problems in the same light. We take the same strategy for dealing with them regardless of size. People have adopted this as a norm, a way of thinking, and something irrefutable as a result of being regimentally taught that an issue has just one and only one answer. When we are trained in this manner, we become rigid thinkers who apply this belief to all aspects of our lives. When we start using choice and look at a problem from a different angle, we discover that all problems can be reconstituted and reorganized to develop a new way of thinking that gives you more options and better outcomes.

Dr. Wesley Donahue's "Leading to Solve Problems and Achieve Ethical Results" explores key terms and ideas used in structured problem-solving while simultaneously emphasizing the significance of making moral choices and promoting an environment that supports continual improvement. As the author states, “By integrating problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills with self-responsibility and management, individuals and teams can work towards achieving ethical results and finding effective solutions to workplace challenges.”

Very highly recommended reading and a well-deserved five stars.

Stop trying to avoid issues when you can solve them and make big bucks!

Just like Dr. Wesley E. Donahue rightly opines, many people often prefer to invest more trying to avoid problems instead of finding ways to deal with these problems. He provides a more logical and practical way of dealing with problems rather than trying to avoid them entirely in the first place.
First, author Donahue advises that when hit with specific challenges that feel like a roadblock, asking a straightforward question can give us a clearer understanding of the problem and takes care of the feeling of stagnation. Some of the questions the author wants us to ask include: what can I do in the face of this problem? What materials can I read to help me? Who can be of help? Has anybody encountered this issue before, and how did he deal with it?
Questions like the above can turn a seeming roadblock into a specific problem you can quickly fix. In this book, the author presents the key terms and ideas that can help us with structural problem-solving to Solve Problems and Achieve Ethical Results, provides the reader with the tool to make moral choices, and encourage a progressive environment.
You will never remain the same after reading this book. Highly recommended.

This is an absolutely informative and useful book about problem solving and ethical choices.
I read several books written by Dr. Wesley Donahue and I enjoyed them all. He has an easy way to explain things and the data is pretty simply and digestible.
I like the fact that he includes lot of visual content on his titles. For instance, in this workbook, he presents other people’s quotations, bar charts, drawings and different colors, which make the reading more captivating and eye-catching.
This is a great addition to anyone's bookshelf. I have read it once, but I will need to reread it carefully to comprehend some of the concepts better.
