There's a different face on every page with a different expression, but the labels don't fit, or are silly. E.g. There's a snowman's face that's labelled "snowy", and a "scary" face that wasn't scary at all (more like "goofy"), and a "sad" face that was so badly drawn what were actually tears looked like sesame seeds that were stuck in odd positions on it (also, it didn't look "sad" either - more like "shocked"). I don't know if this is what the author meant by the faces being "funny", but it didn't work for me. (The other faces weren't "funny" anyway.) Not quite sure what the point of this book was. And I think most of us would be able to come up with better-looking "funny" faces.

Kylie loves to get board books at the library. She brought this one home today. Bright colorful silly faces.
