Giver et fint overblik over danske ledere i erhvervslivet, politik, kultur og sport fra da bogen blev udgivet, hvoraf flere stadig er aktuelle. Også meget fine anekdoter om deres ledelseserfaringer direkte fra dem selv. Dog kan spredningen i brancher godt virke lidt for stor, og afsnittet til sidst om hvad de har til fælles er helt ubrugeligt.
