About the author

Oh! great, whose real name is Ito Ōgure (大暮維人 Ōgure Ito) is a Japanese manga artist most recognized for the manga series Tenjho Tenge and Air Gear. In 2006, he received the Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen for Air Gear. Apart from working with manga, he designed some of the alternate character outfits in the PlayStation 2 version of Namco's 3D fighting game Tekken 5, and a guest character in Soul Calibur IV named Ashlotte.

His pseudonym "Oh! great" is a play on words. His pen name, written in Japanese order, is "Ōgure Ito", which is pronounced similarly to and can be romanized the same as the Japanese rendering of the English words "Oh great," ōgurēto. Furthermore, "Oh" can mean "king" in Japanese, making it possible to read the name as "the great king".

En este volumen se concluye la pelea entre el Enforcement Group VS. Jyuukenbu (el grupo que lidera Maya). Isuzu, Sagara y el otro tipo flaco pierden contra los novatos y Takayanagi, sin embargo, el hermano mayor de éste último, Mitsuomi, el presidente del Enforcement Group y el rival de Maya, hace acto de presencia.

En un pasado, Mitsuomi y Maya eran amigos e inclusive se gustaban, pese a ello, Mitsuomi fue el principal causante de la muerte de Shin (hermano mayor de Maya y el líder del Jyuukenbu hace dos años), así que desde entonces se la han pasado como perros y gatos.

La cosa es que, ahora que Souichirou, Bob y Aya pertenecen al Jyuukenbu, con todo y que son novatos, tienen un gran potencial que podría ser lo único que derrote a la tiranía de Mitsuomi.

Así mismo, quiero recalcar que se nota muchísimo como va evolucionando el estilo de Oh! Great pues aunque ya detallaba sus obras, lo cierto es que la anatomía y las expresiones de los personajes mejoran considerablemente. ¡No puedo esperar a leer los siguientes volúmenes!

Tomo que mantiene el nivel de los dos primeros pero no aporta mayores sorpresas. Eso sí, el dibujo de Ogure sigue mejorando página a página y el comic se va leyendo con mucho más gusto. Cuando lo relea seguro se gane una reseña más elaborada.

Las primeras peleas me desesperaron, fueron todas de Souchiro y Sagara y aunque es emocionante ver las llaves que ha ocupado el capitán del club de lucha, llego a fastidiarme.

La parte emocionante ha sido que Aya ha ocupado el ojo del dragón para una pelea y no para espiar al pobre Souchiro.

La parte graciosa se la lleva el pobre Takayanagi al pellizcarse con el cierre 😂😂😂😂 que bruto.

Tambien está la aparición de Mitsuomi, el presidente de la escuela y de quien Maya estuvo enamorada además de ser el hermano mayor de Takayanagi
