note: the main reason i didn't give this workbook 5 stars is no fault of the book itself. most of the chapters open with a fill-in-the-blanks segment based on the corresponding videos, which i don't have.
a useful companion to the book, highlighting concepts presented and giving you an opportunity to further process the material, reflect on related Bible passages, and complete exercises to help you reach your goals. i found the weekly prayers especially helpful, incorporating them as part of my daily devotions. now that i have finished the workbook, i plan to review the chapters as a way to continue reinforcing the ideas presented.
