The Wizards Three came from the West, so ancient legends say. "When two are dead," a captive said, "the Last is on the way..." Alone in a bleak wilderness, a teenaged prince flees a cruel sorceress, hoping to find the last of three legendary wizards and save his kingdom. But the path is fraught with demonic enemies. Can a jaded spy and a runaway girl help him thwart destruction, or will a shattering twist of fate lead to a magical showdown that ruins them all? In CRADLESTAR, author Ian Ransom crafts an evocative tale with timeless themes of good vs. evil, and a glimpse into the perilous affairs of witches and wizards at war. CRADLESTAR is ideal for all admirers of the classic fantasy genre.
