Velmi dobře napsaná kniha o tom, co vše s námi může stres provést a jak se ho zbavit. Oceňuji, že jsou v knize přítomny mnohé případové studie, které přidávají psaným slovům na věrohodnosti a doufám, že techniky (různé typy uvědomění si) budou účinné.
