I go through this book pretty much every year in the lead up to Ramadhan to see if there is anything else I havent incorporated into my life :) Masha'Allah its a great book
An insight into someone elses thoughts and feelings with Ramadan is helpful to get through it yourself as it is a community event but also a very personal one as well.
This book is so amazing! I start it on the first few weeks before Ramadan starts to kind of get myself into the Ramadan mode and it really motivates me (even more) to make the most of Ramadan and emphasises (and reminds) the significance of Ramadan and how valuable it is to us, and what a valuable time of year this is for us. Highly recommend to all Muslims who want to make the most of Ramadan! :)
Aahh this brings back so many memories! Having a nostalgia attack right now haha. I read this book when I was 14 and I LOVE IT. Really taught me more about Ramadan as a young teen and just adapting to it. I loved it so much and I recommend young Muslim girls to read it as well! I kind of imagine myself being like her when I'm in my 20's hehe.
This book is great. But it made me sad, because I realized how little I know about Islam... I really need and want to learn as much as I can. So with Allah's help I'll be better for the rest of this and the next years.
This is a really cute book! Masha'Allah. I would say it is more for the early teens to read really. This could benefit older people also. There are lots of good handy tips on how to make your Ramadan more successful insha'Allah. It reads like a diary and throughout explains Islamic words. It often asks you to turn to the back of the book which goes into more detail on how to do certain things such as Itikaf and Dua.
It is definitely a book that would be a great gift for a teen before Ramadan.
