A paranoid-schizophrenic suffers from delusions and dissociative identity disorder. This diagnosis is new to him having no mental health history in his family prior to his recent affliction. Bennett Andrews is a known transient that dwells in Reno Nevada and lives off of the tourists he pan handles from. He finds himself missing a chunk of his memories and awakens in a mental institution in Washington DC having no idea how he got there. After suffering from an alternate identity his psychiatrist, Doctor Victoria Tabbott accidentally discovers is the name of a detective from LA that died in a car accident with his family in Reno near where Bennett lived she becomes curious and investigates it further. Uniting with Special Agent Anthony Hauck, the three of them along with Bennett's alternate personality unravel a dark government conspiracy and secrets to Bennett's diagnosis that baffle the most intelligent scientists and doctors. They uncover a plot that puts them all in danger of being assassinated by the government they believe in. The actions and paths taken unlock a mysterious paranormal phenomenon that calls itself Wrath.
This was very exciting and suspenseful. I'm working on the adaptation from book to screenplay for the author. I am only about a quarter of the way through the first draft. Yes, I loved the book that much that I offered to write the screenplay!
Our review really does not count. We are the publisher of this exciting science-fiction novel. What does count from us is the fact that we are pleased to work with this author and his associates. We expect to see great things happen with this particular story. We know there is a screenplay in the works but cannot say anything else.
Wrath is set in a gritty, dark, realistic world, in the realm of dirty politics (both believable and relatable today), with a supernatural spin. The plot has a unique take on a homeless man who witnesses a multiple homicide who then develops a multi-personality disorder. This leads to a battle for vengeance and justice. Filled with action, danger and dark suspense, Wrath is a complete page turner with twists.
W S Klass tool several critical aspects of life humanistic, paranormal, psyche and masterfully wove a believable and exciting tale. Though the topics were complicated/complex, he was able to clearly relay this fast moving story in an easily understandable fashion. I felt like I was right there with the characters and felt what they felt. My hat is off to W S Klass for a superb story. 5 Stars
Seriously one of the best books ive read in a longtime it captured my heart and soul. U don't need to express. wrath was one of the greatest books I've read since odd Thomas by Dean Koontz I absolutely loved it you are an amazing writer and I'm glad we are friends. It sucked me in from the beginning and I couldn't put it down till I finished a long time since I've had a book do that!!! A definite must read!!
Wrath is an unexpectedly exhilarating blend of action, suspense, thrills, and the paranormal. At first the sheer quantity of characters in this novel was overwhelming, but they were amazingly all fleshed out into living, breathing, complex pieces of an intense, dramatic puzzle that I couldn’t wait to see put together. Well-crafted layers of revelation lead you through discovering the true forces at play in this imaginative tale. Then with an abrupt twist toward the end, the action reaches a crescendo I could’ve seen coming if only I thought more like a villain. So take the phone off the proverbial hook, turn the lights on, and buckle in for one hell of a ride. I dare you not to love it.
