Now that Steele is a fully functioning cyborg, he is set to take out a ruthless crime family that holds Long Island in their grip. This time out, though, he's joined by a former street gang leader named Ice and a young prostitute that they saved named Raven. As a bonus, Raven use to be the crime lords son's lover but that ended badly.

Pretty much what you would think about this book by the cover and description, it's a Robocop knock-off. I would say, for the first two books anyway, that it's a good copy of it. One of the better I have come across.
