很喜歡這本書。本人認為任何對中國武術史，或已有修練詠春的人士均需要看這本書。
書內記錄大量有關詠春發源的珍貴資料，惟可惜歷史資料方面有一點點短。

This is a must read if you are into wushu (Chinese martial art).
Althought I practise Bagua-zhang, Eagle-claw, Taiji, LiuHeBaFa, most of the knowledge mentioned helped me to better understand and enhance my current level in physical and mental training.
I look forward to reading the 2nd book on the same subject.
