I have heard Anthony Sweat speak and really like him. This book would be a great reference book. It is geared towards teens, but good for anyone. The topics questions and quotes, stories, and pictures that go along with each topic are designed to give answers, but mostly help you find answers yourself and think it through.

Excellent textbook, especially for teens (my son has read it too). I wish I'd owned it (or something like it) as a youth- It would have saved me a lot of confusion and heartache.
