With the world's most wanted assassin behind bars, the good men of ONYXX could relax. Until the killing started again--and every shot bore the mark of the master. But that was impossible...wasn't it?Beautiful and mysterious, Prisca Reznik had been trained by the best. And now it was time for her to polish off the men on her father's kill file--beginning with Jacy "Moon" Madox, the man who'd supposedly killed her mother. But when she crash-landed into his backyard, Moon seemed to target her as the love of his life. Soon--when Prisca realized who Moon was--she would be targeting him, too. For very different reasons...
Very good writing. I just borrowed this book because of the cover and it was wonderful. Absolute must read. Not too descriptive steamy scenes. Pretty. In this entire series, this was the more sedate book as far as steamy scenes are concerned. Made my father read it too. He loved it as well.
Though it's a follow-up of her previous book, the newcomer finds it easy to get along. It's not a cakewalk for any writer to portray the lead female character of a romantic suspense as an international assassin, but turns out to be a much better read. Loved the character development and subplots though the book has some pointless fillers. I'd recommend this fast, exciting and action-packed plot with the unconventional lead - Prisca for a one-day read.
