Who doesn't like to see the mean, the nasty, and the selfish get their due? These creepy little tales of the inhabitants of the Hothell Darkness warn of the demonic retribution for those little children who don't clean their rooms, are mean to pets or little sisters, or start every sentence with "I want!" Ghastly and giggly, and just a little British, these kids' bedtime stories are a cross between Edgar Allen Poe and Roald Dahl.
