Twilley: A Novel

Rate this book
In the excruciating world depicted by the nameless narrator of Twilley, objects loom large, overtaking the relatively antlike human subjects. It is a novel to read for its description of the present, its reflections on description, and its labyrinthian philosophical digressions. Readers may be reminded of Joyce, Borges, or even Nicholson Baker.
