This timeless and practical book should be one of the most read Christian books of all time. In the age of pornography, violence in tv, the images we see daily in Facebook and YouTube...we need a book like this that will help and guide us in renewing our minds. The junk throughout a person's life collects in the hidden chambers of our hearts. Similar to the hidden chambers of the temple. Since we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, we need to clean out these chambers and put the Holy things back in. This powerful book will teach you how to do that. Full of useful wise material, should be taught in every bible study.

Originally I gave this title 5 stars. I am revising my stars to zero.

The reason I am doing so is that since reading this title, several things about my faith journey and expression have changed and I no longer subscribe to evangelical ideologies.

Second paragraph is the beginning of my first review...

I have come back to it and discovered that it simply gets beter and better as I read through it. I used it as part of my daily 'devo' reading 5-6 pages each day for two months - WOW!!
The initail line of my first 'attempt' is a gross understatment!
I will drop it now for two months and then read it again - and again after a two month gap. This is one of the ways I study, and in this case will mean I will have read it threee times this year (2023)
It appears to be out of print, so start scourering......

This is a good book for tranforming your life.
It is heavy going and quite deep. No claim yet to being perfect, but would have been more relevent years ago.
I did actually get only 1/3 through, but will keep it handy for when a 'serious' believ

The book not only is a practical manual to teach Christians how to transform their mind and make faith choices, but also presents a good study on the Temple of God. The book also helps me have a better understanding of many NT verses.

Very healing if taken to heart. God can help you get rid of walls around your heart if you let Him.

Very similar to The Way of Agape, but focused more on the Mind of Christ rather than God's love. Worth a quick read.

It’s not a light read and I’m not sure I’m 100% in agreement with all of it but I didn’t enjoy the parts that challenged my assumptions.
