Lots of veggies to go along with your meat. The font is huge and the recipes are a little disappointing for a book that uses the word "vegetarian" in its title. It might give some ideas to people whose diet is currently strictly meat and potatoes.

I really like the style of this book. It looks as though it is hand-written and the descriptions are helpful. No pictures but the recipes sound so delicious it hardly matters.
