She Did It! is an easy reading children’s book about four sisters who cause lots of commotion. Their mother checks on them from time to time and always finds a mess. The girls are constantly blaming each other for the mess. When their mother has had enough, she sends them all to their room. They band together and clean the entire house to make their mother happy, and when she comes back inside they all tell her, “WE DID IT!”
The major themes in this book include family, responsibility, and teamwork.
I found this book exciting and fun to read. The rhyming made it an easy read while the underlying message of the book was very clear. I think it is easy to relate to this book whether you are a girl or boy because it is always fun to play with your siblings or friends. It is easy to be unaware of the mess you make when you are little, but it can be fun to band together and make your mother happy as well.
I would recommend this book because of its amazing illustrations and the themes that are present. The illustrations are so specific and lively. Every page has something interesting on it with so much to look at. I could spend an hour simply looking at each page. It also shows the excitement the four sisters share as well as the frustration the mom has. The themes in the book are very important for children to learn. Teamwork is an especially important lesson to learn, and this book teaches it through the way the sisters work together to clean the house. It shows that while you can have fun, it is important to respect your parents and show them appreciation.
This book great because it can relate very well to most children who have siblings. Many siblings have a difficult time getting along until they absolutely have to while they are growing up. This story displayed this kind of circumstance well well and is illustrated beautifully. The illustrations fit directly with the storyline and will make the story very understandable to children.
This is a cute story about four sisters. Whenever anything goes wrong, they blame each other. However, in an effort to please their mother, they work together to clean up their house. At the end, instead of placing blame on each other, they declare, "We did it!" when their mother asks you cleaned the house.
This is a really cute book about four sisters and their mother. They are always making trouble and in the end when they know how mad their mom is they clean everything up. They are always blaming each other and at the end they all say they cleaned up. It is super cute because it is all about family.
The thing that caught my attention in this book was that it is about siblings and how they relate with one another. Through this book the teacher can teach the students who to interact not only with their siblings at home but their friends at school. The students will see the different stages of the friendship and how they can develop the friendships that they have and how to make new ones.
Not only is this book very humorous and crazy, but it also teaches a great lesson about learning to work together to solve problems instead of blaming others. The four sisters are very ornery and messy, but finally work together at the end to clean up their messes and make their mother happy. Also, I loved the illustrations in this book. They are so crazy and colorful and really add to the story.
A funny story about sisters who love to blame each other for their mishaps, but in the end came together to get out of trouble. The story has good word flow to it and anyone who has sisters can definitely relate.
This book is so cute!! I loved reading about all the fun things the sisters got in trouble for because when I was younger my sisters and I would get in trouble for some of the same reasons. It was a really fun book and young children should all read.
Cute story for sisters/siblings. My daughter was unimpressed with their finger-pointing but when we got to the end of the story she says, "Now that's the way you do it!"
