A minissérie Batman: Gotha Knights, a Cidade Dourada, que é um preludio para o game homônimo estava indo muito bem até essa edição. O autor estava inserindo um personagem muito interessante, o Fugitivo, que viveu durante o passado escravocrata de Gotham City e enfrentou Vandal Savage. Essa narrativa de backup estava muito mais interessante que a narrativa principal da minissérie focada no Batman e seus aliados. Contudo, nesta edição, a narrativa do passado é suprimida dando mais espaço para a narrativa no presente, enfocando mais os aliados da batfamília em especial Jason Todd, o Capuz Vermelho. Assim, a minha empolgação com o título diminuiu bastante e achei que dessa vez foi bastante chato acompanhar a trama que se desenvolve aqui.

I’m having a lot of fun with these.
I’m loving Runaway and am so curious about them. The past is such a fascinating storyline and I’m excited for Tim to dive deeper into it.
We finally got to see Jason which I was so happy about!!
I wasn’t expecting Vandal Savage at the end of the last book so it was really cool to get a nice twist!!
