I had this on my shelf for years but once I started to read it, I did not want to stop. The stories are moving and inspiring. Real people share their encounters with Angels, those who took shape as ordinary looking people, spoke as a voice of wisdom, brought peace and comfort in warming light or just mysteriously helped ... unseen. Angels manifest themselves in many forms, but one thing was common to all the stories, when their service was requested by a devoted believer, they came! They also came at times unbidden, but no doubt 'sent' with an important message, which is what their name means.

It’s always a great pleasure to read about people’s encounters with the Lord’s angels. It reveals God’s tender love for us that He would give us each a heavenly friend so that we would be helped and comforted as we make our way through this difficult life.
