Really great short read. The chapters go by quick. I usually start my day off with a few. This is a vital book for any leader. The author does a good job at showing how Jesus is the ultimate leader.

This book has three page chapters (short!) walking through Chapters 7-10 from the book of Mark. We received it as a gift from on of our Leadership Residents. Apparently there is an earlier book that covers the earlier chapters of Mark.
In general, it really did stick to leadership, commenting on issues such as maintaining focus on the mission, inspiring communication, the importance of relationships and creating commitment. I used it as a sort of devotional, reading one section/day (for 52 days). I found it insightful. It helped me to find new meaning in short statements within Mark that I had previously just read over and not given much thought. Some examples are related to church leadership, but many are related to business. Now I need to find the earlier one!
